About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune or Bengaluru. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 7 years of comprehensive experience in artificial intelligence, particularly in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-agent orchestration, developing enterprise-grade AI solutions, and hands-on expertise with a variety of LLMs including OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models like LLaMA and Mistral. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated AI systems that leverage multi-agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and vector databases to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of overall experience in AI and software development, with at least 2 years dedicated to GenAI and LLM-based solutions. Proficiency in Python programming is essential, along with experience working with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Crew. Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment, cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, and AI observability and monitoring practices is highly desirable. Candidates should also have experience developing prompt libraries, system prompts, reusable templates, and domain-specific instructions. Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices and vector database technologies will be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing multi-agent orchestration systems using state-of-the-art frameworks and tools.
- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing prompt libraries, system prompts, templates, and evaluation prompts to enhance AI system performance and accuracy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop enterprise-grade AI solutions tailored to client needs.
- Integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models into scalable applications.
- Working with vector databases to enable efficient information retrieval and data management.
- Ensuring AI systems are monitored, evaluated, and optimized for performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and multi-agent systems to continuously improve solutions.
