Job Description – Senior Consultant - AI, GEN AI, Agentic AI

Role Overview
The Consultant will independently design and develop AI, GenAI, ML, Agentic AI, cloud, and data solutions. The candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions and delivering production-ready components with limited supervision.
Core Responsibilities
- Independently develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Design RAG applications using enterprise data.
- Develop prompt engineering and LLM integration solutions.
- Build AI agents and intelligent workflows.
- Develop data pipelines and analytical solutions.
- Build Power BI dashboards and analytical models.
- Develop applications on GCP.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise APIs and applications.
- Perform model evaluation and optimization.
- Implement AI guardrails and responsible AI practices.
- Conduct technical analysis and POCs.
- Participate in solution design and estimation.
- Mentor junior analysts.
- Support production deployment and troubleshooting.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Python.
- Advanced SQL.
- Hands-on Generative AI / LLM experience.
- RAG and embeddings.
- Prompt Engineering.
- Vector Search.
- At least one GenAI framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, or Haystack.
