We are looking for an Agentic AI Business Analyst to help define and deliver AI-powered solutions for banks and financial institutions.
The ideal candidate should bring:
• Strong Business Analysis experience
• Experience working within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector
• Exposure to banking operations and business processes
• Good understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and modern AI technologies
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Understand banking operational workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation
• Translate business requirements into clear solution specifications for technology teams
• Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional documentation
• Work closely with business stakeholders, AI teams, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience in banking operations, payments, onboarding, risk, compliance, lending, customer servicing, or related BFSI functions
• Understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or related technologies
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Additional Information
• Prior BFSI experience is mandatory
• Location: Bangalore
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred
