Looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our core development team. You will work directly on our flagship product — Agentic AI product, a next-generation autonomous UI agent that automates real user actions across applications. This role includes responsibilities in building, optimizing, and deploying agents autonomously as needed. Responsibilities Improve the accuracy, adaptability, and reliability of the AI Agent Build and deploy agents that mimic human interaction across browsers and desktop apps Design task execution workflows with high resilience and fault tolerance Collaborate on core infrastructure for real-time, multi-agent orchestration Implement learning systems that allow agents to self-improve from user feedback Work closely with the product and design teams to ensure seamless UX General Requirements Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years Career Level Mid Career Minimum English Level Business Level (Amount Used: English usage about 75%) Minimum Japanese Level None Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree Visa Status No permission to work in Japan required Required Skills Required Experience & Skills Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI agents Proficiency in Python, with strong skills in scripting and automation Deep understanding and hands-on work with: Playwright (or similar tools like Puppeteer, Selenium) MCP (Multi-Context Protocol) or similar execution models Long-term memory systems (vector DBs, RAG, embedding strategies) Agent-to-agent communication protocols Multi-agent systems / orchestration frameworks Reinforcement learning or task planning agents Familiarity with one or more of the following is a big plus: DOM parsing, visual recognition, screen-based automation Low-latency backend communication (WebSocket, gRPC, etc.) Browser internals, shadow DOM, virtual desktops Nice-to-Haves Experience with desktop automation (AutoHotkey, AutoIt, pywinauto, etc.) Contributions to open-source community or having a unique AI agent implementation Interest in the future of UI-less, agent-native software platforms
