Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Agentforce Product Manager / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service CRM and hands-on implementation experience in Agentforce.
The ideal candidate will lead business requirement discussions, drive Agentforce solution design, collaborate with solution architects and development teams, and ensure successful implementation aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Agentforce implementation across Sales and Service processes
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
- Design and optimize Sales Agent use cases aligned with industry standards
- Customize Agentforce UI to enhance user experience
- Integrate Agentforce with internal Salesforce (SFDC) systems and external data sources
- Collaborate with IT, solution architects, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning in Agile environments
- Create test datasets and validate Agentforce functionality
- Identify implementation risks and proactively resolve potential AI-related issues
- Lead UAT sessions and ensure successful deployment
Required Skills & Expertise
- 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
- Strong hands-on experience in Agentforce implementation
- Expertise in Sales Agent configuration and industry-standard usage
- Experience in Agentforce UI customization
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (internal SFDC + external APIs)
- Strong business analysis and documentation skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery models
- Ability to conduct requirement grooming and stakeholder workshops
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as Product Manager / Functional Lead in Salesforce programs
- Strong understanding of AI-driven CRM use cases
- Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
