Role Summary

We are looking for a handson Salesforce developer to build Agentforce Einstein AI solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud Data Cloud with a focus on AI Service Replies MessagingChat Email and RAGvectorretrieval grounded responses to improve service efficiency and response quality

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Agentforcepowered AI Service Replies for service agents across MessagingChat and Email channels

Configure and optimize grounding using curated knowledge sources Knowledge Articles approved content and ensure outputs follow business tone and compliance guardrails infallibletechiecom salesforcecom Attendanceo Approved Outlook

Implement RAG patterns using vector indexingretrieval embeddings semantic search to support scalable AI responses when knowledge confidence is low

Buildextend case lifecycle automation assignment routing SLAs escalations notifications and integrate AI reply generation into the service workflow

Enable measurement loops usage tracking and feedback signals eg rating to continuously improve reply quality

Build integrations using RESTSOAP APIs and support deployments testing and production stabilization

Required Skills Must Have

Handson with Agentforce Einstein AI Prompt Builder

Expertise in Apex Triggers Flows SOQLSOSL

Strong experience with Service Cloud Cases Omnichannelservice processes console customization

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and data grounding concepts for AI responses

Understanding of Vector Databases embeddings semantic retrieval to support RAG

Email services in Salesforce email handling patterns relevant to service workflows

Knowledge of RESTSOAP APIs authentication and integration patterns

Preferred Good to Have

Experience delivering service reply automation at scale high volume multiregion governed templates

Familiarity with knowledgedriven agents leveraging enterprise knowledge sources
