Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agent Recruitment and Sales Manager, based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include identifying and recruiting high-potential agents, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring achievement of business targets. The role involves managing and mentoring agents, supporting their professional development, and fostering strong customer relationships. The Manager will also monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to drive growth while ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Recruiting and Hiring agents or team members
- Proven ability in Sales, including meeting targets and managing client relationships
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and travel locally as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services
