About Zangoh
Zangoh is redefining the future of work with autonomous "Digital Employees" —enterprise‐grade AI collaborators that eliminate repetitive work so human teams can focus on strategy, innovation, and customer delight. Our platform blends state‐of‐the‐art generative AI, large‐language models, and advanced machine learning to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
An IIT‐Kharagpur alumnus and Silicon‐Valley veteran (Pinterest, Yahoo, Amazon), Shrey holds multiple AI patents and a track record of pioneering next‐generation recommendation systems. His vision: empower enterprises worldwide with a digital workforce that amplifies human creativity and operational excellence.
Role Overview
As an Agentic Experience Designer (AXD) you’ll craft cohesive ecosystems where:
- Agents act as power-users who need clear information architecture, low cognitive load, and robust permissions.
- Humans stay in command through explainable UIs, transparency cues, and recovery paths.
- Prompt frameworks, knowledge graphs, and design systems work together to ensure reliable agent performance at scale.
You’ll partner with product, ML, and engineering to invent patterns that make AI
teammates trustworthy, efficient, and delightful.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agent & Human Research
- Conduct contextual inquiries with domain experts and telemetry analyses of agent logs to uncover friction and failure modes.
- Build dual-persona models (human + agent) and map human-agent-system journey flows.
2. Information Architecture for Agents
- Design “machine-readable” UI layers (semantic labels, ARIA roles, API hooks) so agents can parse, click, and type safely.
- Define guard-railed affordances that prevent prompt-injection or unintended actions.
3. Prompt & Interaction Design
- Author prompt palettes and parameterized templates that drive consistent agent behaviour across tasks.
- Prototype multi-modal agent interactions (voice, chat, RPA-style UI automation) in Figma + LLM sandboxes.
4. Evaluation & Iteration
- Run AI-to-AI usability tests (task-success rates, hallucination tracking) alongside traditional UX metrics.
- Instrument confidence scores, trust indicators, and human override flows; iterate based on real-time analytics.
5. Design System Evolution
- Extend Zangoh’s design tokens to include prompt tokens, agent roles, and autonomy levels for consistent scaling.
- Document patterns in an AX Playbook shared across product, design, and ML.
6. Collaboration & Delivery
- Pair with engineers to ensure agent-friendly markup and API endpoints are shipped as designed.
- Champion ethical guidelines and accessibility for mixed human-agent ecosystems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Design, UI/UX, or a related field from an IIT; candidates with a prior technical background are strongly preferred.
- Portfolio showing agent-centric or conversational design work (can include academic prototypes).
- Fluency in Figma plus basic prompt-engineering or LLM API tinkering.
- Strong written/spoken communication; ability to explain design intent to ML researchers and full-stack devs.
Nice‐to‐Have
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills (to speak developers' language).
- Exposure to design systems, component libraries, or token‐based theming.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows or tools (Jira, Trello, Linear).
- Curiosity about AI‐first product design and conversational interfaces.
