Management trainee

• Meeting and exceeding our guests' needs & expectations . serve food to guest, keep dishes, clean table ETC. and able to work with fast pace • Accountable for planning, organizations & coordination of different sections • To achieve efficient & desired objectives • Responsible for all aspects of the restaurant, which include the performance management of the restaurant staff, optimizing profits and increasing sales • Ensuring all policies & procedures of our standard operations procedure is followed accordingly • Maintaining on optimum manpower and supplies level, providing excellent services to guest – Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction -Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons -Up-sell additional products when appropriate -Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)
