💰 CTC: ₹2 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years in Sales / Insurance / Financial Services preferred
🌟 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Recruit and activate advisors as per the monthly plan
🔹 Drive productivity and performance of active advisors
🔹 Build strong relationships to support business growth
🔹 Conduct regular meetings with advisors to review performance and guide career progression
🔹 Generate revenue by acquiring new customers through face-to-face or digital interactions
🔹 Review weekly performance with the reporting manager
🔹 Attend training programs and development sessions conducted by management
🔹 Ensure minimum 2 joint client calls daily with advisors
🔹 Follow company policies and procedures
