Job Title : Agency Sales Manager
About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Agency team. This role is crucial for recruiting, activating, and managing sales advisors to drive business growth and acquire new customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring advisor productivity, and generating revenue through various sales channels.
Location: Trivandrum
Work Mode: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 2 to 7.5 Lakhs CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and activate advisors according to monthly plans.
- Ensure consistent Active Advisor productivity as per the plan.
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal business relationships with advisors.
- Conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to evaluate performance and provide guidance on career progression.
- Generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face and digital interactions.
- Review performance and activities with the reporting manager on a weekly basis.
- Attend all management-led meetings and training programs.
- Conduct a minimum of 2 joint calls daily with advisors.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Must-Haves:
- Minimum Graduate degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Insurance Sales.
- Preferably a local resident of the job location.
- Possess a personal vehicle.
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools.
- Excellent Communication Skills (both face-to-face and virtual).
- Strong Networking Skills.
