Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Sales Manager based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Agency Sales Manager will oversee agency team operations, plan and achieve business targets, and drive sales through effective team management and collaboration. This role requires recruiting, mentoring, and training agents to develop a strong sales network while ensuring compliance with company policies. Building sustainable business relationships and developing market strategies to enhance sales performance will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in sales strategy and business development within the insurance or financial services sector
• Experience in team recruitment, training, and management, with strong leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in health insurance or related industries is preferred
