Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance's office in Navi Mumbai. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of insurance representatives. Additional responsibilities include driving sales targets, managing customer relationships, designing sales strategies, and ensuring effective communication between team members and management while maintaining the company’s high standards of service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability in team recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and proficiency in planning and implementing sales initiatives
- Sound knowledge of the insurance sector and related financial products
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven, and result-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in managing sales teams in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
