Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for an Agency Sales Manager. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and expanding agency channels, onboarding and training agents, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The role entails building strong relationships with agency partners, monitoring performance, providing strategic direction, and ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales and business development strategies with proven ability to generate and close leads
- Experience in agency management, relationship building, and team coordination
- Strong skills in planning, goal-setting, and performance monitoring
- Understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets
- Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
