Responsibilities
- To drive the Agency premium in the location for Health business
- To monitor and drive Agency business of location through: Agency Recruitment, Agent Activation, Agent Productivity, Agent Engagement Matrix
- To drive the key agency matrix and uniform practices
- Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
- Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
- Driving renewals as per target
Qualifications
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1+ years exp
- Strong verbal or written communication skills
- This job requires field visit
