Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Recruitment and Development Manager based in Samastipur. The role involves identifying, recruiting, and onboarding agency partners and advisors to build a strong distribution network. The manager will train and develop agents on insurance products, sales processes, compliance requirements, and customer service standards. Daily responsibilities include setting performance expectations, monitoring sales activities, coaching agency teams to achieve targets, and supporting them in field activities and client meetings. The role also includes analyzing branch and agency performance, implementing development plans, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Training & Development and Training, with experience designing and delivering sales, product, and process training for agency teams.
- Hands-on experience in Recruiting, particularly in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding agency partners or advisors.
- Working knowledge of Insurance, including life insurance products, regulatory norms, and basic underwriting and claims concepts.
- Proven experience in sales or distribution management, preferably in financial services or insurance.
- Ability to set goals, track performance metrics, and drive agency teams toward consistent target achievement.
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle fieldwork and on-site responsibilities.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a specialization in business, finance, or insurance is an advantage.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for reporting and communication.
