The Agency Recruitment and Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents/advisors. The role focuses on building a high-performing agency channel, driving sales productivity, and ensuring continuous development of agents to meet business targets.
Responsibilities
1. Agency Recruitment- Identify, attract, and recruit quality insurance advisors/agents.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to build a strong agency pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and selection processes for potential agents.
- Ensure onboarding of agents as per company policies.
2. Training & Development- Provide initial and ongoing training to agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Mentor and coach agents to improve productivity and performance.
- Organize regular training sessions, workshops, and field coaching.
3. Sales & Business Development- Drive agency sales to achieve business targets (premium, policies, revenue).
- Support agents in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Monitor agent performance and implement strategies to improve output.
4. Team Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
- Motivate and guide agents to achieve individual and team goals.
- Track agent activity, performance metrics, and retention rates.
5. Compliance & Reporting- Ensure all agents adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment, training, and sales activities.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance and business growth.
