Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Recruiter located in Raipur. The Agency Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding potential advisors to join the company. The role involves identifying and attracting talent, conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, the recruiter will work closely with the management team to support hiring strategies and meet recruitment targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and recruiting talent
- Proficiency in conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and hiring advisors
- Experience in human resources or recruitment practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is an advantage
