Role Overview
We are looking for an Agency Partnerships Lead to build and own strategic relationships with the largest agency groups and key independent agencies in India, with a strong focus on Mumbai. This role is critical to making Discovr AI the preferred creator advertising and workflow partner for the country’s most influential media, digital, and integrated agency teams.
You will be responsible for opening doors, building senior agency relationships, driving partnership-led revenue, and positioning Discovr AI as a trusted platform partner across planning, buying, strategy, and client leadership teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own agency partnerships for Discovr AI, with a primary focus on the top 6 agency networks and key independent agencies
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across agency leadership, digital, media, influencer, partnerships, and investment teams
- Drive new business opportunities through agency channels and convert strategic partnerships into revenue
- Position Discovr AI as the preferred platform for creator discovery, campaign workflow, measurement, governance, and scalable execution
- Create joint growth plans with agencies to unlock client adoption across multiple accounts
- Identify agency-specific use cases, commercial structures, and partnership models that improve adoption and stickiness
- Work closely with founders and internal teams on agency GTM, pitch strategy, joint solutions, and key account conversions
- Support enterprise sales efforts where agencies influence or control the decision-making process
- Build a repeatable agency coverage model across holding companies, key offices, and high-potential teams
- Bring back market intelligence on agency structures, incentives, client movement, and competitive dynamics
What We’re Looking For
- 6–12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, agency sales, or strategic account management
- Strong experience working with large media agencies, digital agencies, influencer agencies, or integrated agency networks
- Existing relationships within major agency groups in Mumbai
- Strong understanding of how agency organizations work across planning, media, digital, investment, partnerships, and client leadership
- Proven ability to open senior conversations and convert partnerships into meaningful commercial outcomes
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to structure win-win partnerships
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
Strong Plus If You Have
- Experience in adtech, martech, media sales, creator economy, or influencer marketing
- Experience working with holding companies and navigating multi-layered agency structures
- Understanding of creator marketing budgets, paid media workflows, and modern measurement expectations
- Prior experience building channel or ecosystem partnerships in a high-growth startup
- Strong network across Mumbai’s agency ecosystem
