Role Description
This is a full-time Agency Partner role offered in a hybrid capacity, based in Bhilai with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The primary responsibility includes managing and growing a team of advisors, driving business growth through strategic planning, training, and mentoring. The role involves identifying potential market opportunities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met. Additionally, the Agency Partner will foster client relationships, provide tailored insurance solutions to meet customer needs, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in mentoring, training, and leading teams
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and knowledge of regulatory compliance practices (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or relevant field experience will be an advantage
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency
- Proficiency in local languages and understanding of the regional market will be beneficial
