Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager located in West Bengal, India. The responsibilities include managing a team of agents, achieving sales targets, designing and implementing strategies to engage and grow the agent network, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Agency Manager will also monitor performance metrics, provide training to agents, and assist them in meeting organizational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills with a strong ability to achieve and exceed targets
- People management skills, including mentoring, onboarding, and motivating teams
- Proficiency in developing and executing strategies to grow agency networks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and drive results
- Experience working in the health insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
