Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager located in the Pune Division. The Agency Manager will be responsible for leading agency development initiatives, achieving sales targets, identifying and onboarding agents, and driving revenue growth. Additional duties include facilitating training for agents, ensuring compliance with company policies, nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and monitoring performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Sales Leadership and Target Achievement skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Recruitment, Training, and Agent Development expertise
- Proficiency in Communication and People Management skills to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for growth and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry or related financial services is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic market conditions
