Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The Agency Manager will be responsible for leading a team to drive sales growth, overseeing daily operations, formulating strategies for customer acquisition, and maintaining relationships with agency partners. The individual will also manage training programs for agents, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure alignment with company goals and values.
Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership, team building, and personnel management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities with a strong focus on sales performance
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using sales tools
- Customer service orientation with a commitment to building long-term client relationships
- Proven knowledge and experience in the insurance or healthcare industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and adapt to a fast-paced environment
