Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Yavatmal. The primary responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing a strong team of advisors and driving sales performance to achieve business targets. The role involves formulating and executing sales strategies, fostering relationships with clients, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Agency Manager will play a pivotal role in market development and client engagement to expand the company's reach and presence locally.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in team management, leadership, and performance mentoring
• Experience in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective sales initiatives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the health insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to ethical business practices and customer-centric service delivery
