About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Sales Manager to expand our Motor and Health Insurance business. The role involves building and managing a strong partner network, driving sales, and ensuring seamless collaboration between partners and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage new partners to expand the companys customer base.
- Train and support partners to effectively promote and sell insurance products.
- Act as a liaison between the company and partners to ensure productivity and performance.
- Drive business growth by achieving sales targets set by the company.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, compliance, and partner adherence to processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing support to maximize sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales , preferably in insurance (agency/distribution channel) .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide partners to achieve business goals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
