Role Description
The Agency Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana East. The primary responsibilities include leading and managing a team of agents, developing strategic business plans, and overseeing the efficient execution of sales and customer service operations. The Agency Manager will monitor performance metrics, mentor agents, ensure compliance with all policies, and build strong client relationships to achieve the organization’s goals. This role requires effective communication, operational excellence, and a results-driven approach.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Strategic Planning and Analytical Thinking skills to develop and execute business strategies that drive results.
- Sales and Customer Service expertise to meet targets and enhance client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Problem Solving and Decision Making to address challenges and achieve objectives effectively.
- Basic understanding of health insurance products and the Affordable Care Act is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams in a similar role.
