- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound understanding of staffing models: Temporary, Contract, and Direct Hire.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a high-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results under tight timelines.
- Relevant work experience in recruitment or staffing, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
