Role Description
The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the performance of the agency sales team, developing business strategies, and achieving sales targets. Key activities include identifying prospects, training and mentoring agents, monitoring their performance, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Minimum qualification is 10+2
- Experience in sales and marketing will be advantage
- Candidates with experience in Financial Sector will be offered higher salary
- Candidates with experience in Agency sales will be offered higher roles
