Role Description
We are seeking an Agency Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our office in Jalgaon. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a team of insurance agents, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and driving growth in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include training and motivating agents, monitoring their performance, identifying market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role will also involve strategizing and implementing plans to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
- Experience in Team Management, Mentorship, and Performance Monitoring
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry, including Products and Compliance Requirements
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Results-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in health insurance or financial services is a significant advantage
