Role Description
We are seeking an Agency Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Shivpuri. The Agency Manager will oversee and manage agency operations, build and develop a network of agents, and drive sales to achieve business targets. This role includes team building, training, and providing operational support to ensure compliance and performance. The individual will work closely with both agents and internal teams to promote company products and ensure business growth in the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and marketing skills with experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to train and motivate agents for optimal performance.
- Clear communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in planning, problem-solving, and strategic thinking to optimize agency operations and business development.
- Solid understanding of the insurance or financial services sector; prior experience in health insurance is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the local market and ability to engage with clients and partners at a regional level.
