Role
* Recruit and build a strong network of financial advisors
* Train and mentor advisors
* Generate business through advisors in Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Fixed Income, Insurance & Structured Strategies
Ideal Candidate
✔ Experience in Insurance Agency / Mutual Fund Distribution / Broking Channel
✔ Strong advisor recruitment and team building skills
💰 Salary: ₹5–10 LPA + Incentives
