About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and building strong relationships with brands seeking digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience selling services such as SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Marketing Automation.
You will play a critical role in expanding Clickseek’s client base and building long-term partnerships with startups, SMEs, and enterprise brands.
Experience: 3- 5 years.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, networking, and referrals.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified marketing leads.
- Research target industries and identify potential clients.
Client Acquisition
- Pitch digital marketing services to founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements.
- Present customized digital marketing strategies and proposals.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Work closely with internal strategy and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry insights.
- Identify new market opportunities and service demand.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B sales
- Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, etc.)
- Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn for outreach
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Self-driven with strong execution mindset
Preferred Background
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or marketing technology company
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
- Experience selling retainer-based marketing services
