Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing agents, training and developing their skills, and driving business growth through agency channels. Tasks will include market research, strategy development, performance analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
