Location: Gorakhpur - Uttar Pradesh
Job Description:
• Identifying. Recruiting. On boarding and Training New
Insurance Agents.
Motivating. guiding agents for a clear understanding of
Insurance products and preparing them for higher productivity
and supporting them for maximizing their revenues.
Driving and achieving business targets through Insurance
Agents and direct sales.
•Handling all the retail products across the portfolio-Motor, Retail
Health, Property. Eng, Marine, Miscellaneous etc and ensuring
achievement of Sales Targets.
• Maintaining good relationships with Agents to ensure high level
of commitment and services for customer satisfaction and
retention.
