Role Description
The Agency Development Manager role is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents, achieving business targets, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The manager will engage in business planning, training and mentoring agents, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing strategies to enhance portfolio performance. Additionally, the role involves market analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure compliance with company policy and industry regulations.

- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in recruitment and team management processes
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
