Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include building and managing relationships with agency partners, driving business growth, and meeting sales targets. The role demands developing and implementing strategies to expand the agency network, providing training and guidance to partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. The Agency Development Manager will also work on monitoring performance metrics and executing market strategies to enhance competitiveness.

- Sales and negotiation expertise to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and implement business growth strategies
- Analytical ability for performance monitoring and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in communication and presentation to effectively convey ideas and conduct training sessions
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and related regulations is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, or business development is an asset
