Role Description
The Agency Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth by recruiting, onboarding, and managing a high-performing network of agents. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, mentoring agents to enhance their productivity, and conducting regular review meetings and training sessions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, offering the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales planning, business development, and achieving financial targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including agent recruitment and mentoring
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations, conduct training sessions, and foster stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Proven problem-solving, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
- Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements and familiar with utilizing technology tools for remote collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
