Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gajuwaka for an Agency Development Manager. The role involves recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents, setting sales targets, and ensuring their achievement through regular training and support. You will work closely with agents to drive business growth, monitor performance, and maintain effective working relationships. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, overseeing sales activities, and creating strategies to improve the agency's productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and relationship management skills, with experience in managing a team
- Proven ability in business development and distribution management
- Proficiency in analyzing key performance metrics and implementing growth strategies
- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Knowledge of the insurance sector is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to work on-site in Vijayawada and manage local recruitment and operational activities
- Ability to adapt, work proactively, and maintain a customer-centric approach
