Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager, based in West Bengal, India. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and training a team of agents to meet business goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting regular performance reviews, providing mentorship, implementing sales strategies, and achieving targeted revenue growth. The role involves fostering collaboration, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the team aligns with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills to recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficiency in sales strategy implementation, target achievement, and business development within the insurance sector or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, monitor progress, and design improvement plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, financial solutions, and regulatory compliance will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or insurance are a plus.
  • Proven experience in agency or team management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
