Role Description
The Agency Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with advertising agencies and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a portfolio of clients to drive growth. Key responsibilities include creating and executing business strategies, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Adsflicker and its partners. The role also includes delivering outstanding client service and staying updated on industry trends and market developments.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Account Management
- Experience in Digital Advertising, Media Buying, and understanding CPC, CPM, and CPA models
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus
