### Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors
* Generate business through the agency channel
* Achieve recruitment and business targets
* Conduct field visits and advisor meetings
* Train, motivate and support advisors
* Maintain regular sales reports and MIS
### Candidate Profile:
Looking for energetic and target-oriented graduates with *field sales experience from any industry*. Life insurance/agency channel experience will be an added advantage.
