Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Business Manager located in New Delhi. The Agency Business Manager will oversee agency operations, recruit and train Financial Consultants, and drive sales performance through effective business strategies. The role includes planning revenue targets, developing distribution channels, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. Additionally, the position involves monitoring team performance and fostering a collaborative environment to maximize business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Planning, and Distribution Channel Development
- Proficiency in Team Management, Recruitment, and Training of Financial Consultants
- Excellent Client Relationship Management and Interpersonal Communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, create growth strategies, and meet performance benchmarks
- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
