Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Understand and document the complete e-commerce order and warehouse operations.
• Visit warehouse and logistics sites to observe operational activities.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes.
• Analyze workflows related to order tracking, inventory management, and fulfillment.
• Suggest improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and present findings to the operations team.
• Assist in setting up processes or SOPs for smoother operations.
