Agape has a current opening for a Becoming ONE Supervisor. The Becoming ONE Supervisor advances Agape’s mission by leading the day-to-day implementation of a relationship-centered, family-strengthening program for the Becoming ONE program. This role ensures that married couples, individuals, fathers, and families experience coordinated Hope-centered supports that strengthen relational health, father engagement, family stability, and long-term flourishing.
This role provides supervisory leadership for Relationship Connectors and Fatherhood Connectors, ensuring services are delivered with fidelity, cultural responsiveness, and alignment with Agape’s Science of Hope and Human Flourishing frameworks.
The Becoming One Supervisor operationalizes the program strategy established by the Director of Becoming ONE, ensuring consistent execution, staff effectiveness, and high-quality participant outcomes. The role serves as a bridge between participants, churches, community partners, and internal Agape programs to ensure holistic, strengths-based support that strengthens families and contributes to broader community transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Implementation
- Support the implementation and day-to-day execution of the Becoming ONE program, ensuring fidelity for the model and alignment with program goals.
- Execute program strategies and priorities established by the Director of Becoming ONE.
- Lead and coordinate program activities, including workshops, retreats, intensives, and engagement opportunities for married couples, individuals, and fathers.
- Support certification and training for facilitators, marriage mentors, and partners using approved curricula (i.e., Prepare & Enrich, Prep 8, 24/7 Dad, and Money Smart).
- Monitor and reinforce fidelity to program models, curriculum, and engagement strategies through observation, coaching, and feedback.
- Ensure program strategies effectively promote healthy relationships, father engagement, and family stability.
People Leadership & Team Development
- Supervisor, coach, and develop Relationship Connectors and Fatherhood Connectors, ensuring clarity of roles, expectations, and performance standards.
- Conduct regular supervision, case conferencing, and reflective practice sessions to strengthen service delivery.
- Provide coaching on case management practices, participant engagement, and goal setting aligned with the Science of Hope framework.
- Foster a team culture rooted in psychological safety, accountability, and Agape’s core values.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development processes.
Participant Engagement & Two-Generation Impact
- Ensure participants, married couples, individuals, and fathers are engaged through a strengths-based, family-centered approach.
- Support Connectors in coordinating services that promote relational health, economic stability, and family well-being.
- Reinforce goal setting, pathway development, and agency-building practices in alignment with the Science of Hope framework.
- Promote collaboration across Agape programs to ensure participants experience coordinated, integrated support.
Data, Quality Improvement & Accountability
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, data entry, and reporting by Relationship and Fatherhood Connectors.
- Support the Director in monitoring program performance through data integrity and reporting consistency
- Use data to guide coaching, supervision, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with grant, partner, and agency reporting expectations.
- Actively participate in Agape’s Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) processes.
Partnership Development & Community Engagement
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with churches, faith-based partners, and community stakeholders to support participant engagement.
- Support strategies that increase Awareness, Education, and Engagement among churches, volunteers, donors, and partners.
- Represent Agape in community, church, and collaborative partnership settings.
Organizational Engagement & Collaboration
- Collaborate across departments to ensure Becoming ONE is integrated within Agape’s broader service model.
- Contribute to organizational initiatives, staff development initiatives, and Hope-centered culture-building efforts.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and agency-wide initiatives.
- Perform other duties within the general scope of the role as assigned by leadership.
