We specialize in custom builds and take pride in delivering exceptional results for our clients.<br><br><strong>Position Overview:<br></strong>We are seeking a skilled <strong>CNC Machine Operator</strong> with experience in woodworking applications. This role is responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality custom wood components.<br><br><strong>Key</strong> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong>

<li>Set up and operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and fabricate wood components.</li>
<li>Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD files and specifications to ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Set up machines, load materials, and monitor production runs.</li>
<li>Perform basic CNC programming and adjustments as needed. </li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.</li>
<li>Monitor machine operations and inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and maintain quality control standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.</li>
<li>Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times in the workshop.</li>
<li>Maintain equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.</li>
<li>Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience operating CNC machines in a woodworking environment</li>
<li>Familiarity with CAD software (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and precision</li>
<li>Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints </li>
<li>Basic understanding of woodworking materials and processes</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic</li>
