Executive – Aftersales (AFS) – Operations
Department: Aftersales Service (AFS) – Operations
Reporting To: Assistant / Senior Manager – Operations
🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – AFS Operations to manage the execution and coordination of aftersales service jobs, including service visits, breakdown repairs, AMC/PMC activities, and material movement. The role ensures timely technician deployment, proper documentation, CRM updates, and readiness for billing while maintaining safety and quality standards.
This position plays a key role in ensuring on-time job completion, smooth site coordination, and high client satisfaction.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Receive approved Sales Orders (SO) and plan service schedules in coordination with clients
- Deploy technicians as per job requirements and monitor site progress
- Coordinate manpower, tools, and spares with stores and internal teams
- Ensure technicians follow safety protocols and site compliance norms
- Monitor daily execution status and handle site-level issues
- Maintain accurate job cards, completion reports, GRNs, and supporting documents
- Submit complete documentation to the commercial team for billing
- Update job status in CRM and ensure timely job closure
- Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, and Safety teams for smooth operations
🎓 Education & Experience
- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in service operations, maintenance coordination, or site execution
- Basic knowledge of service workflows, documentation, and safety standards
🛠 Skills Required
- Strong coordination and scheduling skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM systems
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Problem-solving and escalation handling ability
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines
