Are you a high-performing sales professional in the automotive aftermarket industry?
BRACO - Brake Control is expanding and looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow our dealer network, increase market penetration, and drive revenue across the assigned region.
🔥 What You’ll Do:
- Expand & strengthen dealer/distributor network
- Achieve aggressive regional sales targets
- Lead dealer development initiatives
- Monitor market trends & competitor activity
- Drive collections and ensure healthy business growth
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5+ years in automotive aftermarket sales (brake segment preferred)
- Strong regional dealer network
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and field-driven mindset
