Role Description
The After-Sales Service Manager (3-Wheeler / L5 Category) will oversee all after-sales service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service standards for our 3-wheeler electric vehicles. This full-time position is on-site at our Chakan location. Responsibilities include managing service teams, addressing customer concerns, ensuring availability of spare parts, implementing service policies, and providing training to the service staff. The role also involves conducting regular service audits and collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in automotive mechanics, three-wheeler maintenance, and diagnostics
- Proven ability in team leadership, customer relationship management, and problem-solving
- Experience in inventory management, spare parts planning, and warranty process administration
- Knowledge of Electric Vehicle (EV) technology, particularly in the 3-wheeler segment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in analyzing and reporting service performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in after-sales service management, preferably in the automotive or EV sector
- Prior experience in managing on-site service teams and ensuring operational excellence
