🚨 Hiring: After-Sales Service Engineer | Sonner Feeding Systems India | Mumbai, Maharashtra
Shanghai Songnai Intelligent Equipment Co. Ltd. is expanding in India. We manufacture loss-in-weight feeders & automation systems for plastics, chemicals & process industries.
*Role*: After-Sales Service Engineer - India
*Location*: Mumbai+ 15-20 days travel/month to Gujarat & Delhi Industrial Zones
*What you’ll do:*
1. Install, commission & troubleshoot feeders, batching systems & PLC-based equipment
2. Handle software, hardware & communication issues on-site to reduce customer downtime
3. Train customers & maintain strong client relationships
4. Submit service reports + identify spare parts sales opportunities
*What we need:*
1. Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation
2. 2+ yrs field service experience. PLC knowledge - Siemens/Delta/Mitsubishi preferred
3. Knowledge of Modbus, RS485, Ethernet
4. Fluent in *English + Hindi*
5. Willing to travel extensively
