After Sales Service – Executive / Sr. Executive / Manager- PAN India

Key Responsibilities
· Generate service sales business for:
· UPS Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
· Batteries
· Spare Parts
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
· Identify AMC renewal opportunities and ensure timely closure.
· Coordinate with service and technical teams for customer support and issue resolution.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close service orders.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Maintain customer database and service sales records.
· Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
· Work closely with regional sales and service teams to expand service business.
Required Skills
· Good knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and power backup solutions.
· Experience in service sales of AMC, batteries, and spare parts.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple regions/accounts.
· Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Educational Qualification
· Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
